Step-by-Step Guide to Requesting a Pickup using the Mobile App

Open the Ecobarter app on your mobile device.

Log in to your account.

Tap the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.

Select “Recycle” from the menu.

Tap on “Request Pickup.”

Enter the details of your recyclable items.

Review the details of your pickup request to ensure the Address and other information is correct. Click the “Submit” button to confirm your request.


To request pickup via the Web App;
Login here https://app.ecobarter.africa/login and navigate "Recycle" column and click on "Recycle Now"

Prepare Your Items for Pickup Make sure all items are properly sorted and packed. You will be contacted by our team days before your pick up day.
